I go nuts when people borrow books of mine and bend the spine. Seriously nuts. I made a person by me anew copy of a book they'd broken the spine of. I just think it cheapens the look of a book to have a broken spine.

i agree... it bothers me as well, granted i don't let many people borrow my books, so it's all good! LOL!
